Our April production will see us take to the streets of 18th Century Venice in Carlo Goldoni’s classic Italian comedy, “A Servant to Two Masters”.
As suggested by the Play’s title, an enterprising young servant finds himself in the employment of two masters. Little does he know, however, that both are on the run from their home city of Turin and are each seeking the whereabouts of the other. What could possibly go wrong?
What follows is series of near-misses, mistaken identity and mix ups – not to mention a master class in the laying of a table.
Will Florindo ever find his dear Beatrice? Is Federigo really back from the dead? And where the devil is the blasted Pasqual? Join us to find out in this hilarious farce.
